What’s new?

Your security is our priority in Information Services, and with your safety in mind, we have made some changes to your password requirements. The next time you need to change your password you will be asked to create a complex password.

New passwords will be required to be a minimum of 12 characters and will need to contain at least three of the following:

• Lowercase letter
• Uppercase letter
• Number
• Special character

Why are we doing this?

Those with ill intent are always finding new ways to access sensitive information. Having a complex password makes it difficult for unauthorized users to gain access to your accounts, and keeps hacking machines guessing for years.
