An email signature is a part of your brand image that is more than your name and position. If done correctly, it can also communicate an understanding of your style, professionalism, and character and boost engagement and workplace culture.

I also encourage you to use an image in your email signature as it helps to recognize one another in an ever-increasing digital age. I recommend using the same photo for your Canvas profile and Instructor Information (if applicable) to create continuity among your platforms.
