11-17-21: Password Resets not Syncing with MyCrowder

Currently, their is a syncing issue with MyCrowder and Jenzabar resulting in some people being unable to access MyCrowder after resetting their password.  We are troubleshooting the issue and have also reached out to Jenzabar so they can troubleshoot on their end.  Thank you for your patience while we work to get the issue resolved.
