11-22-21: Extended Crowder Website Outage

Today, a security certificate supplied by our website's hosting service expired when their auto-renewal service failed.  Unfortunately, the hosting service believes the replacement of the security certificate will take 24-72 hours to complete.  We are working with the vendor to expedite the process, but the outage may be extended. 

While many services are accessed through the Crowder website, these services are still functioning.  You can reach these services by going directly to the following sites: 

  • Email and Microsoft 365 – portal.office.com 

  • Canvas – crowder.instructure.com 

  • MyCrowder – my.crowder.edu/ICS 

  • Jira ticketing – crowdercollege.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
