As of approximately 11:30 AM, Jenzabar access has been restored and appears to be stable. The Jenzabar status site still shows a partial outage at this time so we recommend not initiating any long running processes as these are more likely to be interrupted today as Jenzabar continues to resolve the CrowdStrike issues.
We also have just been notified that Softdocs appears to have been restored as well.
Services may continue to experience interruptions, but at this time you should be able to use both Softdocs and Jenzabar.
