We have received several reports of Jenzabar not allowing people to connect or timing out while working in Jenzabar while others in their area are continuing to have a normal experience.  We are in the process of troubleshooting the issue and have contacted Jenzabar to alert them.  Thank you for your patience while we work with Jenzabar to locate and resolve the issue.
