3-26-21: Remote Password Resets Enabled

Crowder Students and Employees, 

Password resets for your Crowder email and Office 365 account have been enabled.  Once you have gone through the setup process described below, you will be able to reset your password to the following tools from anywhere at any time: 

  • Crowder computers 

  • Crowder WiFi 

  • Office 365 (your email and OneDrive) 

  • Canvas login 

You will need to open a browser and go to portal.office.com.  Once there, you will need to login to your Crowder email (firstnamelastname001@student.crowder.edu or firstnamelastname@crowder.edu).  From there you will be asked to confirm your current password.  You will then need to provide and confirm: 

  • Alternate phone number 

  • Alternate email address 

  • Choose security questions and provide answers 

Please review the email from Help@Crowder.edu with Subject: "Crowder Password Reset to be Enabled" or the Information Services Roadmap blog section of My Crowder for step by step directions.

Once these are complete, you will be able to visit portal.office.com and select “Forgot my password” or change your password in your account settings once logged in to the account.
