Student Account Refunds

We have a new provider starting with the Summer 2024 semester that will be handling student account refunds.  We will no longer be utilizing Bankmobile after May 31st, 2024.  Please enable your banking preferences with our new provider by logging into your MyCrowder Account, “Finances” tab, “My Student Account”, and then select “Student Account Refunds” under the payment portal box. From there you can scroll down to where it says “Sign up for Direct Deposit Refunds” or you can navigate to the “My Account” tab on the left and select “direct deposit refunds” there. This will pop-up steps on the right side of the screen to complete your refund setup.

Payment Plans

Payment Plans are available (starting April 1st) through our new vendor Transact.  To setup a payment plan or make a payment, login to MyCrowder, “Finances” tab, “My Student Account”, and then select “Make a payment / Payment Plan” under the payment portal box.

Please note if you currently owe for the Spring 2024 Semester, you can either setup a payment plan starting April 1st or you can pay your remaining balance in full in order to enroll in the Summer/Fall 2024 semesters. If you anticipate receiving an A+ scholarship, please remember that they will only pay at the end of the semester, however, we ask that you please make arrangements to cover the student portion that will remain by either paying your portion through MyCrowder or if you are unsure of your portion, it can be obtained by contacting the cashier's office at 417-455-5598 or 417-455-5402.

Student Summer/Fall 2024 Enrollment Begins April 1st

Please note if you currently owe for the Spring 2024 Semester, you can either setup a payment plan starting April 1st or you can pay your remaining balance in full in order to enroll in the Summer/Fall 2024 semesters. If you anticipate receiving an A+ scholarship, please remember that they will only pay at the end of the semester, however, we ask that you please make arrangements to cover the student portion that will remain by either paying your portion through MyCrowder or if you are unsure of your portion, it can be obtained by contacting the cashier's office at 417-455-5598 or 417-455-5402.

Semester Statements

You may view your semester statement on the MyCrowder portal as statements will typically be available the next business day after you enroll. Your statement can be viewed online by clicking on the “Finances” tab, “My Student Account”, “Semester Statement” option and choosing the corresponding semester.

Your 2023 1098-T is available for printing on the Maximus TRA website.  You can access and retrieve your 1098-T online by going to https://tra.maximus.com Please refer to the 1098-T Instructions to guide you through the Maximus TRA login process located at https://crowder.wpenginepowered.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/1098-t-instructions.pdf
 
 All 1098-T’s that have not been printed online will be mailed from Maximus TRA no later than the end of January to the address you have on file. 
 
 ***You will only receive a 1098-T if you have made payments towards qualifying tuition and fees that were dated in tax year 2023***
 
Depending on your income (or your family’s income, if you are a dependent), whether you were considered full or half-time enrolled, and the amount of your qualified educational expenses for the year, you may be eligible for a federal education tax credit. (You can find detailed information about claiming education tax credits in IRS Publication 970, page 9.)
 
The dollar amounts reported on your Form 1098-T may assist you in completing IRS Form 8863 – the form used for calculating the education tax credits that a taxpayer may claim as part of your tax return.
