- October 21st - Students who have completed 30 credits or more with at least one class completed with Crowder are eligible to begin enrolling for Spring 2025.
- October 28th - Priority enrollment for Students who have completed 1-29 credit hours (not including this semester)
- Nov 4th - Priority enrollment for currently enrolled students with no completed credit hours yet.
- Nov 11th - Begins Open enrollment when anyone can begin selecting classes.
Please note if you currently owe for the Fall 2024 Semester, please pay your remaining balance in full in order to enroll in the Spring 2025
If you are an A+ Student, A+ Preliminary Funds have been applied to eligible student accounts. Remaining balances will need to be paid in order to enroll in the coming semester.
Payment Plans- Payment Plans are available. To setup a payment plan or make a payment, login to MyCrowder, “Finances” tab, “My Student Account”, and then select “Make a payment / Payment Plan” under the payment portal box.
Payment Arrangements-Please note that payment arrangements must be made before the semester begins. Some examples of acceptable payment arrangements are:
- Payment in full (online or at any campus location), Completed Financial Aid Package (Pell, student loans, scholarships, A+, etc.), Outside Funding confirmed with Cashier's Office (employer, outside agency, etc.), Transact Payment Plan (set up ONLINE only through the MyCrowder portal Starting in November)
