    Description

    This course applies the principles and skills realted to advanced assessment in evaluating normal client health states. Incorporation of lab and diagnostic values will be emphasized. Initial interventions related to nursing care of clients will be included. Incorporation of support systems in client care will be stressed. Continued development of nursing skills will be emphasized throughout the lab component of this course. This course includes 64 hours of didactic and 16 hours of skills lab and simulations. This change will be effective Fall 2010 for Neosho and Cassville, Spring 2011 for Nevada. A course fee will apply. (Prerequisites: BIOL 252, and ADN 169)
