Description
Algebra for Calculus studies the foundations of functions, analysis of functions, and algebraic reasoning. This course is designed for students who intend to pursue a degree in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, as well as other fields that require a high level of algebraic reasoning. It is intended to prepare students for higher level mathematics courses, but will satisfy most degree requirements in Mathematics and should transfer to any four-year institution. (Prerequisite: Placement by an appropriate placement score)
