Description
This course extends the soft skills addressed in COLL 105. Course activities closely align with competencies outlined by the U.S. Secretary of Labor’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS). The interactive modules connect the curriculum to the needs of a global workforce in the areas of employee positivity, reliability, professionalism, initiative, integrity, respect, and gratitude. Upon successful completion of the course, students will have earned workplace ethics and career readiness certifications and completed a professional resume for employment searches. (Prerequisite: COLL 105 or permission of instructor)
