Information Services has made several changes in the last week to improve the VPN service, replacing the FortiClient VPN with Open VPN.

Today, you may notice a pop-up notification about the uninstall of the FortiClient VPN as we push its removal across campus.  You may also notice Company Portal now appears in the Start menu.  The Company Portal will be used to allow you to install certain optional applications to your machine yourself, including Open VPN. 

Specific directions on how to setup Open VPN and general instructions for using Company Portal will be sent out in the coming weeks.
