We recently received a reported phishing email from a Crowder employee that managed to squeeze through email filters and arrive in several Crowder inboxes.  Sense then, we have quarantined the phishing email from inboxes and have worked to prevent any further being delivered.  Unfortunately, the phishing attempt came from a legitimate DocuSign email address and linked to legitimate DocuSign webpages.

The two quickest ways to recognize or confirm this as phishing:

• The email address listed as HR, does not belong to Crowder but is a Gmail account.
• Since there has been no large scale communication from HR about needing a document signed, call Crowder HR directly and confirm if they indeed have a document for you to review.
