Information Services recently received notice that DESE have taken all data systems offline and is currently investigating a phishing attempt that occurred on or before July 8 of this year. 

As always, please remain vigilant when interacting with email and websites to avoid becoming the victim of a similar attack.  While DESE has not released any information on the extent of the phishing attack or its impact, be cautious with any communication purporting to be from or related to DESE.
