At approximately 10:35 AM, Information Services received a service health advisory from Microsoft stating that Teams is currently experiencing a service degradation.  The advisory states: "Users may not receive notifications in any Microsoft Teams connection method."  Microsoft is investigating the cause at this time.  

Crowder IS received one report of a Teams popup repeatedly appearing stating "Open Teams to continue receiving notifications for [firstnamelastnam]@crowder.edu" while Teams was already open.  

At this time, we do not have any recommended actions.  Thank you for your patience while Microsoft works through the issue.
