This morning it has been observed that Etrieve email notification services appear to be disrupted. A ticket has been submitted to Etrieve to resolve the disruption and they are working to evaluate and restore services. In the absence of receiving email notifications, you may access Etrieve directly by visiting . Your Inbox tab within Etrieve will alert you to forms that are awaiting your interaction. Please refrain from sending forms requiring an electronic signature (ESign) while Etrieve works to resolve this issue.
