7/19/24 - 8 AM: Crowdstrike Issue Causes Outage for Jenzabar, Softdocs, and other services

In the early hours of Friday, July 17, Crowdstrike deployed a bad update to their software, a widely used cybersecurity service.  Unfortunately, this has resulted in numerous disruptions and affected companies and services globally. While Crowder is not directly affected by Crowdstrike, several services we use have been including Jenzabar and Softdocs.
