Jenzabar upgrade finished late last night, initial testing this morning shows it is working.
Because this upgrade requires a new Jenzabar client version each users RemoteApps needs to update to get the new client. If your client has not updated, you will get a message like "This app is not in the allowed list" or something similar if you try to access the old version.
The old version is Jenzabar Desktop 2023, the new version is Jenzabar Desktop 2024, if your version is 2023 you still need to update RemoteApps.
RemoteApps will update automatically over time but this can take up to a day after the computer has been turned on before this occurs. Alternatively, you can force RemoteApps to update manually.
Updating RemoteApps to the new version manually is pretty straight forward.
1. Use windows search for keyword "remoteapp"
2. Open RemoteApp and Desktop Connections
3. Select "Properties" next to the section header for "Crowder RemoteApps"
4. Select "Update now"
5. Popup window will display a progress bar
6. Once finished it will prompt them to click the "Finish" button
7. Close RemoteApp and Desktop Connections configuration Window
8. Test opening Jenzabar, should now read "Jenzabar Desktop 2024"
