8:45 AM - 5/21/25: InfoMaker Update Instructions

Following yesterday evening's Jenzabar updates, InfoMaker users may be greeted with the following or similar message when starting the InfoMaker client:imageInfoMaker users seeing the above message, or one similar, will need to do the following:

  • Close InfoMaker if open.
  • Go to Windows > All Apps > Crowder RemoteApps > Infomaker Configuration Tool for J1 Desktop 2024 (Crowder RemoteApps)image
  • Once the InfoMaker Configuration Tool is open, the "Recommended" tab should be the default selection but ensure you are on that tab.
  • Select "Apply All Settings":image
  • Once that is finished select the "Close" button:image
  • Open InfoMaker and verify there are no more error messages.
