We have been hearing about issues of Crowder students that use Crowder computers being unable to access exams which use Proctorio. Currently, Proctorio will not allow a student to take an exam with our antivirus software called SentinelOne installed.
We have a ticket with Proctorio to develop a better solution, but currently there are one of two options:
Option 1: Instructors disable the “Disable extensions” check in Proctorio settings
Option 2: Students open a Live Chat with Proctorio support when they wish to begin an exam on a machine with SentinelOne, let chat staff know their name, Instructor name, course, SentinelOne needs to be allowed, and Proctorio support will then manually confirm and allow them to access the exam.
